About Us

Vision III Imaging, Inc. is an imaging enhancement company specializing in advanced imaging technology. The company is currently located in Herndon, Virginia.

The Company has developed the V3™ parallax scanning technology for recording visual parallax information (i.e. differing points of view of the subject).

Parallax scanning creates images with enhanced texture and depth that can be viewed on standard image displays (e.g. television, motion picture projection and computer monitors) without special equipment. The V3 parallax scanning technologies are totally unique. Moreover, cinematographers, video producers and computer programmers can employ V3 technology with little or no change to current production techniques.

Vision III Imaging, Inc. has developed and patented various parallax scanning technologies, which are collectively known as V3. To date, 14 patents have been issued in the U.S., with four patents currently pending. Additional patents have also been issued or are pending in several major foreign markets. Other patent applications are expected to be filed in the near term.

The market for V3 parallax scanning includes content production for virtually every moving image medium. Video games, Internet advertising, motion pictures, television imaging, HDTV imaging and computer animation/simulation are just some examples.

The V3 products are a new and unique set of creative tools. V3 has the tremendous advantage of becoming an imaging standard and very strong trademark brand name. Because V3 images can be produced, distributed, and viewed as easily as industry standard images, there is no technical impediment to their market introduction. With the V3 technology advertisers can present improved image quality commercials to viewers on their home computer or televisions without relying on the viewer to buy additional equipment. Likewise, V3 imaging will not require theaters, broadcast TV stations or Internet web sites to buy anything or change their equipment. A program producer need only use the V3 software or any of the MOE™ lenses and their advertisement will look distinctly different from the conventional image ads surrounding it.
